WHO WE ARE
Legacy One is a Saskatoon-based charity that leverages the arts—spoken word poetry, music, media, and personal stories—to empower and equip students in their mental health. We offer live school performances, workshops, and a 10-session online resilience program. Our programs, developed with input from counsellors, educators, parents, and students, provide essential tools for building resilience and character, helping students overcome adversity and strengthen their mental health.
WHAT WE OFFER
The BEAUTIFUL STRUGGLE show is a powerful one-hour assembly that combines spoken word poetry, music, media, and personal stories to inspire and empower students.
The FLIP-THE-SCRIPT workshop, a one-hour follow-up to our “Beautiful Struggle” show, builds on the show’s inspiration by equipping students with practical tools to navigate their individual struggles.
THE FUTURE BELONGS TO is a 10-session program designed to help students build resilience and character, with each chapter exploring a different character development theme. Offered virtually via Legacy One’s online platform.
